I've changed my blog layout a bit, and I'm wondering what my readers (if I even have any) think of the new look.
Header: I decided that I wanted a custom header, so I made one. (The flower is a narcissus. It seemed like an appropriate mascot.) How does it look on your browser? (If it looks funny, please let me know which browser you use.)
Blog Width: I widened the blog from 660 pixels to 780 pixels. I would actually like to make it a bit wider, but I wasn't sure what screen resolution most people use. How's the width? (Could I safely go wider, or should I leave it?)
Colors: What do you think of the color scheme?
Other: Any other comments? Your feedback is helpful!

Hi Trudy! Love the new layout - although I typically read blogs from Google Reader, so I normally don't get the full effect. One minor critique: I'm not a huge fan of the header font. It just seems too cutesy ...
I opened your blog in both Firefox and Chrome. The header comes across in both of them, but strangely enough, Chrome can't recognize the title font for your posts and just does the standard. I like the color scheme a lot!
I also just use Google Reader-so I usually don't see anything other than text unless I feel to leave a comment.
I had to laugh at the first comment because when I saw the font I thought "that's cutesy". Everything showed up fine. I like the colors. I really like your reaction bar-didn't know that was an option.
Thanks for your feedback!
Mary- You're right; the header was a bit too cutesy. I changed it from Kristen ITC to Palatino Linotype. I was just so sick of Times New Roman and Arial. Oh, and I realized I neglected to link to your blog, so I fixed that oversight.
Elisabeth- Thanks for the heads-up about my title font not working in Chrome. I switched it to Comic Sans. Hopefully that will show up.
Tamaran- If you want to add a reaction bar, go to the layout tab and click on page elements. When you see the module for blog posts, click the "Edit" link. Check the box for reactions. You can choose your reactions. Depending on the width of your blog and how long the reactions are, you can fit about 3-5 of them.
